Refund

  Hello, I just wanted to ask what should I do about my domain renewal refund? Today money for renewal got deducted from my bank account and the thing is that I’m not using this domain anymore at all and have no intentions to do that in any future. How can I get a refund for that?

  Hi mantasgolubevas,

  That’s no problem — I see you have already cancelled the domain so I’ve refunded the remaining $18. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement. International refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer but you can expect to receive the money around that time.
