  I cancelled my WordPress domain and ended the premium since I feel this service is not fulfilling. I see that my card will be charged February 27th, Therefore I am asking for a full refund, since I am not using this service anymore.

  Hello there, A refund is only possible if you’ve been charged. If you cancel the autorenew prior to the renewal date, you won’t be charged.
