  How long does it take for my refund to get to my account

  Refunds can take between 7-10 business days (international refunds can take longer) and the refund is made to the payment method you used. You can learn more about Refunds here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  Hi there,

  As @justjennifer also said above, refunds usually takes around 10 business days to appear in your bank account, but this depends on your bank’s processing times. With banks located outside the US it may take longer.

  Hi

  It seems i am only getting a refund of $48 when i should be getting $96 in total because i first purchased the personal plan for $48 then i upgraded to premium plan for another $48.

  Please advise

  It seems i am only getting a refund of $48 when i should be getting $96

  We have refunded a total of $96 in two $48 payments. Both refunds were issued on 1st March 2018 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  The two refunds may arrive at different times but they have been sent from our end.
