  I have canceled my plan but I have not gotten my money back how long does it take for the refund to be issued?

  Hi there,

  I can see we issued the refund on March 1, 2018. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears on the refund receipt as a reference.
