Hi there,
For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.
For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. If you used the domain credit to register a new domain, the normal cost of registration will be deducted from your refund. If you mapped an existing domain, or never used a domain, you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.
You can initiate the refund by following the steps listed in the below support document.

You’ve must of replied while I was typing. This is a duplicate thread, please check the members profile to see if they have duplicate threads before replying. Thanks for your help here!

It’s fine :) I’m not sure of the correct system, as I mark duplicate threads the one that was open last. So, I reply to the thread that was the NEWEST :)
