  Why did I not receive a full refund? It is within the 30-day refund period and I did not purchase a domain through wordpress.com.

  I can see we issued a full refund today (March 10, 2018). You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
