Refund usually takes 7-14 business days and international refund might take a more time. To know more about the refund please refer to the support document below:

Hi there,
That refund was processed on 9 February when you cancelled the Premium Plan on your site. You can view a receipt for the refund here:

If you haven’t received it yet, please contact your bank as this is most likely due to a processing delay on their end.
I’ve also refunded the domain portion of your payment that wasn’t refunded automatically, as you did in fact cancel the domain within the refund period.

Thank you. It was all paid for via credit card and i havent seen that come through. I will contact them asap.

It’s possible your bank just removed the original charge from your statement rather than record a new transaction for the refund – some banks do it that way. But they’ll be best able to advise you on this.
