refund

    I canceled my premium plan in january within 30 days, but did not got a confirming email. The plan was gone from my site, but i did not got any refund! I can see my invoice, but not the date and time of my cancellation.
    I am still waiting and tried many times to contact somebody from wordpress but did not get any answers. What can i do to get my refund?
