  Hi lighthousedigitaluk,

  Your account shows we issued a refund on 15th March 2018. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History, if you need it:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer than this.

  If the refund hasn’t credited your account after 14 business days, please contact your bank to see whether there are any processing delays on their end. They can use the transaction ID on the receipt to help locate the refund on their system.

  Hi Gemma,

  There’s still no sign of any refund as of yet and its been over 14 business days. Are there any checks you can do your end?

  Hi Sam,

  The refund has definitely been processed on our end, but we have no control over how long your bank takes to show the refund on your statement. Some banks don’t even show a transaction for the refund, but simply cancels the original transaction instead.

  Please contact your bank directly as Gemma suggested above, and give them the transaction ID in the receipt as a reference.

  I have wrongly been charged for purchase of premium plan. I am not using my domain from last 6 months and now received a msg for renewal of my service for 99$.

  I have not requested for renewal of my plan but it got deducted.

  I want full refund for this as i am not in need of this at all.
