  I am concerned about my refund. I was charged $48 and yet only refunded $23. I was expecting a full refund. I’ve only been signed up for about a week, so I should be eligible for a full refund. Please advise.

  You have been issued a partial refund because you canceled the domain heartbroken.life outside of the 48-hour refund window applicable only for domains.

  Plans and other purchases have a 30-day refund period.
