  Why does it take 7 days for my refund?

  It depends on the billing cycles and the type of transactions. Normally, it takes around ten days.

  I can see we issued the refund on May 11. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  As @ravichahar already mentioned, refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
