  I paid for a new website that I won’t be using…Will you please refund the money? It was too difficult for me to set up, and it was changing my old (email visible only to moderators and staff) site, which I still need to be restored to its original theme and color scheme because I am using it.   I don’t see any purchases made under the WordPress.com account you’re using to post to this thread. Also, the site yawpenglish.wordpress.com is on the Free plan and never had any upgrades.

  Can you please give me more information on your purchase to help me find it? A website address or a WordPress.com username would be really useful.
