    Refunds can take 10-12 business days to arrive but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

    I can confirm that we issued your refund on 14 May. Note that the time the refund takes to reflect in your account depends on the processing times at your bank, and can vary from one bank to the next. Please follow up with your bank directly if you still haven’t received it.
