  Hello!

  I’m not a staff member so I can’t see your account, but do you mean you canceled an upgrade and are in the process of being refunded, but you’ve changed your mind? Or do you just need to cancel an upgrade outright? Information on how to cancel and be eligible for a refund can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  Hi there,

  The refund for your canceled plan and your domain ethereel.ca has already been issued. If you want it back you can go ahead and re-purchase the plan and then I can restore the domain back.
