  I recently cancelled my subscription and have yet to receive a refund?

  Hi there!

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it does depends on you bank and their individual processing times. It can also take longer if you have a non-US bank. On what day was the subscription cancelled?

  You can also follow up with your bank directly on this. Give them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.

  You should be able to see the refund in your Billing History dashboard https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
