  Hello, I have not received my refund for the $99 dollars yet. I was wondering when that will happen? Thank you.

  Hi,

  Here is some info on refund processing:

  After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  I can see we issued the refund on May 18, 2018. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
