  This account should have been deleted un 2016. I thought it has been. Then I see a payment taken this week and in 2017..I don’t even have access to attached email.anymore. I want BOTH 2018 and 2017 payments taken reversed immediately and to notified by C.O.B. My only other options is.Consumer Affairs and the relevant Ombusdman

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any active purchases under the WordPress.com account you’re using to post to this forum. The only purchase I see under your account is a domain registration from 2015 and it hasn’t been renewed since.

  Can you please let me know if you’re referring to another WordPress.com account or site so I can further investigate it?
