Refund

Hi,
I would like a refund of the $35 charged to my card. There was no idication that my card would be charged yearly, I thought it would only be charged once (in 2017). I have not used my account in several months and am no longer using WordPress so there is no need for another year subscription. I am also contacting within the 48 hour period so there should not be any problem receiving the $35 refund. I have tried following the instructions to receive the refund but when I click “Manage Purchases” I am having trouble finding where refund is.
