Refund

I was issued a refund on the 8th May and it hasn’t arrived and it is now impossible to get hold of wordpress as I don’t have a premium account any more.

@clayts2702 I can confirm the funds have left our account. It looks like you purchased and canceled on the same day, though, so it’s possible your bank voided the charge completely instead of marking it as a purchase with a separate refund.
Can you contact them to find out?

@supernovia, this isn’t the case. It was purchased a week before this. I’ve ran through the account and it is showing taken but not being refunded.
Is it possible to speak to someone rather than put this publically?

The refund was issued on the same day the payment was made. You can see a receipt for the refund, including a transaction ID from our payment processor, in your account’s billing history:

If that refund is not showing on your bank statement, please contact your bank directly to follow up, and provide them with that transaction ID as a reference.
You can contact our billing team directly through the contact form on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/, but they’ll most likely tell you exactly the same thing I’ve told you here.
