Hi I spoke with a representative today who informed me I would receive a full refund after following the steps online . However upon completion I was only refunded $22.00. I was charged for the domain name although the receipt shows $0.00 for the name.

What “representative” did you speak to? I don’t see any support tickets or live chats in your account, only this one forum thread.
I have refunded the domain portion of your plan as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
