  I never received a refund for my cancelled plan.

  Hi,

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  It can take up to 10 business days for a refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. If the refund hasn’t appeared after two weeks, please contact your bank, as it depends on them how long the refund takes to process.

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any recent payments on your account that are refundable.

  I see you cancelled a domain and Personal Plan for the site, mongabrielle.maison, on 25 May, but those upgrades were purchased on 5 March, more than two months earlier. Our refund period on all upgrades is only 30 days, and it is no longer possible for us to refund that purchase.
