  I cancelled my purchase yesterday. They haven’t yet refunded my money.

  Refunds can take 10-12 business days to arrive but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

  You can view a receipt for the refund we issued here:

  However, we have no control over how long your bank takes to process the refund and reflect it on your credit card statement. If the refund is not showing after two weeks, please follow up with your bank directly.
