  Hi, I have been promised refund after I cancelled my business site. I still have not received it. Please let me know when I will receive it.

  Did you carry through and you use the appropriate process found here at Canceling and Refunding Purchases https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#canceling-and-refunding-purchases to cancel and request a refund?

  Did you also cancel auto-renew https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#auto-renew?

  Canceling and refunding purchases
  There are no prorated refunds. Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.
  • WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from date of purchase on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
  • The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
  • It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received after canceling an upgrade and requesting one. However, depending on where in the world you are situated it may take a little longer.

  Canceling domains
  It is important to know that canceled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also, note that there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

  3. Which wordpress.COM site did you purchase it for?

  Joanna, I looked into this and the revert and cancellation of the Business plan was on 5/26, but the refund was not issued at that time. I’ve just now issued that refund. It may take 10-12 days for it to show up on your statement.
