Refund

I would like to receive a refund. I received bill but in my junk mail and I don’t use this email at all. I did not want to renew this and would have cancelled prior to the transaction being processed. I would really appreciate this being taken care of. I had disputed this transaction through paypal but it was denied on PayPal’s side. I would appreciate this being take care of at the earliest convenience.
