We were able to find your account, though. Are you going to keep the name castlelandscaping.ca ? If I cancel it, it will not be available for repurchase anytime soon.

I really need to keep the url. Can I use word press as just a host?
do i just change the name servers to another site?

Full description of issues
1. I created a free word press website
2. I upgraded soon after (around 3 hours later)
3. Never received a verification Email.
4. got an email with my receipt of payment for the upgrade
5. created content under my newly purchased domain (which is still active castlelandscaping.ca)
6. tired to continue creating content today and the word press website is showing that my site has reverted to a free site
7. now I can’t access the live chat (even though i’ve paid)
8. trying to find someone to help seems non existent.
9. I want to keep the url as it is my desired url however I want a refund for the premium service -

You are posting here as castlelandscaping7. This account has never bought anything from us.
The upgrades you are looking for belongs to a different account, username castlelandsacping, and connected to a different email address.
Log out of this account, and log back in as the correct account, and you’ll have access to your site and all the upgrades you bought.

I’ve tried login in with the user name castlelandscaping and it won’t grant me access. i’ve tried resetting the password and it won’t send me the verification number.
I can see the issue is that I need to access the other account (even though i can’t understand why there would be two accounts under the same email and i say same email because the email that i received the receipt of payment is the same one that is linked to castlelandscaping7 ) however what ever i try it wont let me access! I need help with this and would appreciate a straight forward way to resolve this confusing situation.

If this is the only account you have, then someone else bought the upgrades in question, as those upgrades were bought by the username, castlelandsacping, not castlelandscaping7, and that account had verified both their account email address and their domain, so that account is active and connected to a working email account.

I don’t see any password reset attempts on that account. Did you log out of this account completely before attempting to do that?

The other account is not using the same email as the account you’re using to post here, and the emailed receipt was sent to the email address connected to that account, not the one connected to this account. Are you sure you don’t have more than one email address?
We cannot do any more to help with this via the forums where we can’t discuss private information like transaction IDs and specific email addresses, so please submit our account recovery form instead – you can use the transaction ID you have to verify your ownership of the account on that form – and them someone from our account recovery team will follow up with you via email.
