  Please i asked for a refund some days back and i havnt gotten it please when am i going to get it?

  Howdy –

  Normally, it will take about ten days for your refund to come through. It is sent back the way it came to us.

  My suggestion is to contact your financial party about this. Since the money has been released to them, they’ll be the ones able to tell you when they’ll release it back to your account.

  For the record, this refund was processed on June 8th for $35.88 (full price).
