  I filed for a refund over a week and a half ago and still have not received my refund. What are the next steps to make sure this gets placed back on my card?

  We issued your refund on 15 June. You can view a receipt with a transaction reference from our payment processor in your account’s billing history:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  If you haven’t received it yet, please contact your bank directly, providing that transaction ID as reference. We have no control over how long your bank takes to process the refund and reflect it in your account on their end.
