    Hi,

    I asked for a refund for the plans that i purchased, but i see only 2 (48 + 204 euros) of the 3 plans been refunded in my payplan account.
    When will i see the other 48euros?

    You mention 3 plan purchases but failed to post any URLs. Please do that now.

    Did you carry through and you use the appropriate process found here at Canceling and Refunding Purchases https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#canceling-and-refunding-purchases to cancel and request a refund?

    Did you also cancel auto-renew https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#auto-renew?

    Canceling and refunding purchases
    There are no prorated refunds. Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.
    • WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from date of purchase on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
    • The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
    • It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received after canceling an upgrade and requesting one.

    Canceling domains
    It is important to know that canceled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also, note that there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

    If you want Staff to investigate you must provide specifics.

    Which wordpress.COM site did you purchase it for?

    We refunded all three payments on 18 June. You can see receipts for the refunds in your billing history, here:

    However, we don’t control how long your bank takes to return those funds to your account. If you haven’t received all the refunds yet, please contact them directly, and provide the transaction IDs from our payment process in the receipts as reference.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your replay.
    I’m just saying that it is not showing on my paypal account.
    I’m not asking to see them directly in my bank account, but i see only the below refunds in my paypal account, which are shown after 10 minutes i asked for a refund.
    I see:
    – 48 euros Refund txn: [redacted by staff]
    -205 euros Refund txn: [redacted by staff]
    I’m missing another 48 euros, which should be shown together at the same time with the other refunds in my paypal account.

  • Then please contact PayPal. They should be able to track that refund, as it’s their own transaction ID appearing in the receipt for that refund. But as with a refund directly to a credit card, once we process the refund it’s out of our control, and it’s up to PayPal to process it on their end and update your account with them accordingly.

    Also please do not post transaction IDs here in the forum. The forums are public, and a transaction ID can be used by someone else to claim ownership of your WordPress.com account via our account recovery process.
