I got charged for another year for my premium account, however cancelled today and went back to the basic one. I haven’t received my refund yet. Please let me know what’s the status on this.

It takes around 10 working days to refund the amount. Please wait for a few more days.

Sofia, as @ravichahar mentions, it may be a while before it shows up in your statement.
I do see a refund. When refunds are issued, the domain name and mapping are not refunded assuming you may want to keep the domain name since it could be difficult to get that back if it was cancelled.
Can you let us know if you want to cancel stitchnseamblog.com cancelled also?
