    Where is my refund, yall have no support for the site is why I won’t use it.

    Hi,

    You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

    Good morning –

    A full refund of $96.00 was processed on June 30th 2018. These typically take about ten days to reach your account.

    At that time, it’ll be best to inquire about the funds directly with your financial party. They’ll be able to tell you how it will be listed on the statement and when they’ll release the money to you.
