  Sorry for the inconvenience, have you checked your credit card or bank statement?

  It usually takes about 10 days to appear on your statement, but it also depends on the bank, for information about refunds please visit: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/#how-will-you-refund-my-payment

  Hi there,

  I can see we issued the refund on June 14. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  As @vishalmukadam already said, refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.

  Hi I have still not received my refund and my bank has no knowledge of money being transferred into my account.

  Hi there,

  The refund was indeed issued to the original payment method and is complete on our end. If you’re not seeing the refund on your end, I’d suggest reviewing your statements for the refund and once again checking with your financial institution.
