Refund?

  Hi. I have not received my refund yet.

  Hi –

  Thanks for getting in touch. Typically refunds only take about ten days to reach you.

  I can see that we processed this one on June 17th.

  A few things to consider –

  1. contact your financial party directly because they’ll sometimes hold on to those funds for 1-2 billing cycles.
  2. the refund will come back the same way that the purchase was made (bank, credit card, PayPal, etc…)
  3. ask the financial party how it is going to be listed on your statement.

  At this time the funds have been released and we no longer have control over the money.
