  Hey I just did a refund but I didn’t receive an email confirmation or anything how can I know it went Thru?

  Hi @rapador1, I see the refund in our system. You may want to check the email provider spam filter for the email address you have on your account and make sure it wasn’t mistakenly caught there.

  Your refund should show up on your statement within 10-12 business days, possibly a bit longer if it is an international transaction.
