  Hi I have requested refund for theme and subscription I received email regarding my subscription refund but not my theme refund. Also I would like to know when I should get my refund, I read something about billing cycle for card payments? not sure about this. thanks.

  Hi,

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.
