Refund

    One of my refunds has not gone through. I was going to upgrade my account yesterday, went through all the steps to get a business plan and then the next best plan but changed my mind completely. Was supposed to be refunded for (2) transactions of $48.00 but only (1) has hit my bank account still.

    Hi mistyisonthepath,

    I’ve checked your account and it shows two $48 refunds have been sent. There is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Each refund was sent as a separate amount which means your bank may process them at different times. If the second refund doesn’t show on your statement after 5-10 business days please contact your bank to see if there are any delays on their end — you can give them the transaction ID from your refund receipt.
