Hi guys, on july 6 I asked for a refund of the premium package of WordPress, I paid $99 and got an e-mail confirming you would reimburse $70 in the following 7-10 days. It’s been much more than that; please I need your response ASAP.

I don’t see any purchases made to the account you’re using to contact us.
If you’re referring to crediprime.com, then contact us from the account that owns so that we can further assist you with your refund.

I see a refund of $70.00 was issued to the original payment method. on July 6th, 2018 and has been completed on our end. If you’re not seeing the refund on your end please check with your financial institution or card issuer. Look for
WordPresson the statement.
