  Hi there!

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  Good morning –

  I’ve had a look and see that the Premium Plan was refunded on 2018-07-25 in the total amount of 4,200 ₹.

  If the funds haven’t made their way to your account after 10 days please follow up with your bank directly. They’ll be able to share how the refund is going to appear on your statement and when to expect the money. Once the funds are released from us we no longer have control on how long the bank will take to give them back to you.
