    Hi there,

    After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement.
    For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you.
    Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

    @newhorizonlogisticsllc I just thought I’d add that in many cases, if you refund the charge the same day you originally purchased, as you have here, your bank may simply void it and remove both the charge and the refund from your statement. So I’d give it a few days, and if it doesn’t show up, check with your bank to see if they removed it altogether.

    For what it’s worth, though, I can see on our end that the refund has already been processed. Cheers!
