Hello!
I purchased Personal plan little bit more than a week ago, but unfortunately I was not satisfied with it, so I requested refund. However I received only 3.6 EUR, although billed amount was 33.6 EUR. Looking through refund support page I was not able to find information anywhere that you refund only 10% of purchase. Is this expected or something went wrong?Thanks!

The outstanding amount is for the domain you registered as part of your plan, which was cancelled after the 48-hour refund period for domains as stated in https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
However, in this case we’re still able to refund that, so I’ve gone ahead and processed that for you. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
