  I havne’t used my account in years and just noticed I was charged another $99. I want to cancel my account and see if I can get a refund. Is this possible?

  If an upgrade that you no longer need has auto-renewed then staff assistance is required (I have added the modlook tag asking a member of staff to respond, but there may be a delay as it is the weekend). You are posting here in a brand new account. It would speed things up if you could return here logged in to the correct WordPress.com account and share the domain address that you need help with.
