    Hi. This domain was purchased under my card by a child and that didn’t know it was charging me for this immediately. Can you please refund me the full amount because it was only used for a day and nothing was active. Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of 303thrift.com? That domain was registered on 18 May, but only cancelled today. The refund period on domains is 48 hours, and on all other upgrades 30 days. You are too far past the refund period for that domain at this point, and while we can still restore it to your account, we can no longer refund it.

    However, I did notice you never received a full refund for the Premium Plan you added after you’d bought the domain, even though that was cancelled in the refund period. So I was still able to refund the outstanding amount there.
