  This is now the second time I contacted WordPress with no response. We were supposed to be issued a $73 refund from a $99 authorized charge that was taken from our account. We were refunded $26 instead of $73. Please correct this immediately and contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) and [phone # redacted]
