Refund

Hi! on July 31 I asked for a refund for a website that I decided NOT to go through with because I finally got my original hosting site to correct their mistake with my original site. I know that it says that a refund should reach me in 7-10 business days but it’ll be 9 business days this Monday (Aug 13) and I just wanted to make sure that it’s in process.

Thanks for inquiring about the refund. Here’s what I can see:
On 2018-07-31 we refunded the premium plan and mandi-tucker.com for the full amount of $96.00.
Typically it only takes 10 days to get your money back. The next best step here is to inquire directly with your financial party about the refund. Once we release the money there’s not way for us to know when the financial party will release it to you. This can vary quite a bit depending on the organization.
My suggestion is to phone the financial party and ask them about the refund. They’ll be able to tell you when they’ll release the funds in to your account. Some places may hold on to it for 1-2 billing cycles. That’s not super uncommon. The other thing they can tell you is exactly how the refund will appear on your statement. This is another thing that varies quite a bit. Some places won’t even make note of the refund and actually just remove the original charge.
