    Hi there,

    Sorry for the inconvenience, if you have recently purchased the plan then you have 30 days to ask for a refund, please read our support document here:

    Refund a Purchase

    If you wish to get the refund you can ask for a refund from the “Purchases Page
    And then you can again purchase the plan which you choose to go with it may be a “Personal Plan” or another, reassured you will get the refund within 5-10 business days once the refund is processed but also depends on the Bank.

    The account you are writing from does not have any upgrades associated with it. To request a refund please post from the account associated with the upgrade. Alternatively, you may cancel your upgrade from the purchase page as @vishalmukadam so kindly mentioned above.
