  Sorry for the inconvenience, If you have recently purchased a plan and not crossed the period of 30 days then you request the Refunds from “Purchases Page” .

  The refund for your plan was issued the moment you cancelled it. You can see a receipt in your billing history: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
