Refund

  Hi,

  I was billed on the 11th of August and request a refund shortly after. The money is yet to reach my account. How long can I expect to wait for the refund?

  Hey there!

  Refund usually takes five to ten business days, once intiated, and also depends on Bank.

  Hi there,

  I can confirm your refund was processed on our end, but as explained above, banks have their own processing times when it comes to reflecting that on your bank statement. Some banks might also just remove the original charge rather than showing a new statement entry for the refund.

  If you haven’t received the refund after ten business days/two weeks, please contact your bank directly to follow up. You can use the transaction ID from our payment processor that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
