Refund

    I purchased Premium for 99$ and also requested a refund the same day 10 minutes later on aug.3, 2018. The money was taken from my account and processed aug.6th ( according to my bank) . Im still waiting to receive my 99$ refund as of Aug.19th . Please refund my money. It’s bad enough i had to wait over 15 days

    Hi there,

    We processed the refund on 4 August, but we don’t control how long your bank takes to process the transaction on their end. This typically takes around 10 business days, but can take longer with non-US banks. Also note that as you cancelled so soon after your purchase you bank might just remove the original charge from your statement instead of making a new entry to show the refund.

    Please follow up directly with your bank if you haven’t received your refund yet. In the refund receipt we sent you when you cancelled is a transaction number from our payment processor which you can use as a reference.
