Refund

Hi there, I wasn’t aware another year subscription would automatically come off at the end of the term. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I’ve never actually used it so it wasn’t my intention to renew. Also in recent times you contacted to say my password had been compromised so I should reset but as I’ve just said I’ve never used it so I never done this either. I would appreciate it if I can have the yearly subscription refunded in full.
