Refund

In July I was advised I would be refunded £30 I had been charged. It has been refunded and debited on the same day. Please advise.

The account you used to post here has never bought any upgrades from us, but I also see you’ve deleted it since creating this thread.
If you need more help with this, please log in as the account that you had used to buy the upgrade, and then open a new thread. But also note that if you haven’t received your refund it’s most likely an issue on your bank’s end – we don’t control how long banks take to process a refund, nor how they choose to display it on your statement, so at this point it would be best to contact them directly about this.
