Hi I am uncertain how to go about getting a refund. I purchased a domain to start blogging on August 1 I believe but my manage purchases says that my site is free…so I’m not sure how to go about rectifying the situation. Please let me know how to proceed.

amandadoran13does not have any WordPress.com sites, only a Jetpack-connected WordPress site over at Bluehost.Is it possible you have two WordPress.com accounts? This one that you are writing from then a second with upgrades? If so, log in to the second account then request a refund at:
